Refusing to refund my order that i returned. Customer service is awful, possibly the worst i’ve ever experienced. Different advisor every time asking you the same questions over and over again. I just want my money back, surely it’s not that hard?
If you are looking to return an item, they will tell you that ‘Hermes are currently holding parcels in their warehouse and will not release them’. Massive scam. There is also nothing advising this when purchasing on their website. A company that is happy to take your money as fast as they can, but give it back as slowly as they can!!
My order didn't get delivered (not by the fault of Nakd but because of the postal service, but when I e-mailen them they apologise, chased the postal service down and came up with a solution to make it up to me. Often customer services are mediocre as best but Na-kd dealt with my issue in a quick, personal and Nice way. They also have really nice, good Quality clothes so I'll keep buying here.

Even though all of the items of my order need to be returned due to sizing, I will definitely buy them again. Very good quality, especially the jeans. Excellent customer care support, they were very helpful and quick.
I had a question about my return. When I send nakd an e-mail that I was a little worried because my return wasn’t processed yet, they helped me right away. Super quick and so friendly.

Ordered 2 times with NA-KD and i really liked it! Returned the clothing that didnt fit and got a full refund. Second order got lost during shipping, but when I contacted costumor service via Facebook they responded super quick and 2 days later I received the full refund. Ofcourse during Covid we understand things go wrong etc, but it would be wise to warn the costumors it can take a little bit longer.

Hi, no it's legit. It's nice stuff too. Their customer service is pretty efficient, and you get 20% on your first order if you sign up to the newsletter which is pretty good. Hope this helps
